JESUS IS SUPERIOR THAN ANGELS
[PART 1]
“The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by the powerful word.” Heb 1
Other doctrinal teachings claim that Jesus was an Angel, this scripture is proof that Jesus is above every angel. In the Old Covenant God spoke using the prophets, this communication was INCOMPLETE and SPORADIC, meaning He only spoke in portions and at certain times, But in the New Covenant God speaks to us on a daily basis through Jesus, through the Holy Spirit. Jesus is a perfect representation of God. Jesus was part of creation from the beginning, He was God and He was with God, John 1 narrates it well. Jesus holds creation together by His word, If Jesus were to break His word the universe would fall apart! Since creation is still intact, we can be assured that He has never failed to keep His Word. After Jesus purged us from our sins, He sat down on the right hand of the Father. The significance of this is that He is not cleansing us of any sins anymore, He did it once and for all! We were forgiven of all sins: PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE! We are now living in the FINISHED WORK OF THE CROSS. Jesus supersedes all beings and revelations of God and we have a better covenant in Him.
